Mr Qalowasa is charged with failure to furnish information to FCCC, which is contrary to Section 119 and 132 of the FCCC Act of 2010.

He is expected to appear in court on February 11.

It is alleged that between January 17-23, 2019, Mr Qalowasa failed to furnish full information, records and copies to FCCC, which were requested by way of ‘Requisition for Information Notice No. FCCC – RI 01475.
