Obtaining a Six Sigma Certification will allow you to become an expert in the relevant field that you are working in.
It will also help you in bringing out the best in what you have learned throughout your life.

University of the South Pacific Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education, Prof. Richard Coll made these comments while launching the Six Sigma Training Programme at the Workforce Development Training Unit (WDTU), Walu Bay, Suva.
He said: “It was a pleasure to launch the Pacific Technical and Further Education’s (Pacific TAFE), (WDTU) Six Sigma programme in partnership with Six Sigma Academy (SSA) PTE Ltd.

“USP’s Pacific TAFE is the fastest, and one of the largest growing learning and teaching sections in the Pacific with increasing internationally accredited and recognised qualifications offered by its four Colleges.
“WDTU has been set up to specifically meet contextual industry needs, which not necessarily can be met by a qualification.
“WDTU has obtained accreditation from Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the United Kingdom, for one hundred of its short courses as of 31st December last year.”

Besides he said: “Our team at WDTU had also been working vigorously with (SSA), which is an independent organisation with expertise in Six Sigma content development, training, and implementation.
“The Academy is also accredited by the International Board of Six Sigma Accreditations (IBSA) and together, we are excited to be bringing this programme to our shores.
“This will bring about much interest from our industry partners and we anticipate that this will enrich the trainees with fruitful outcomes upon completing the Six Sigma Programme with Pacific TAFE and SSA.”
