People’s Community Network National Director Semiti Qalowasa Faces Court
People’s Community Network national director Semiti Qalowasa appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday.
He appeared before Magistrate Deepika Prakash.
Qalowasa is charged by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission with one count of failing to furnish information.
It is alleged that Qalowasa as national director of PCN having its registered office at Lot 36 Koroi Place, Samabula, Suva, in the Central Division did between January 17, 2019 and January 23, 2019, failed to furnish full information, records and copies which were issued byway of Requisition for Information Notice No. FCCC-R101475.
FCCC lawyer Kelepi Gauna had served the accused with first phase of disclosures.
The accused was granted bail on the sum of $1000.
The matter was adjourned for plea to March 12.
