He explained the developers are some individuals from a company called Rigen Developments, who have appointed Cornerstone Civil Works Australia to do the actual development.

“Cornerstone will appoint subcontractors and consultants so they will be responsible for making the development work.
“What we are doing at the moment is taking expressions of interest for this most prestigious, secured gated community.
“It will be a combination of residential and hotel development with amenities like tennis court and swimming pool.
“Our first open inspection last weekend, it was raining so we had a small number turn up and a lot of people calling and we got other appoints made.

First three lots
“We are selling only 15 lots of stage 1.
“So they don’t have to actually sign a purchase agreement they can sign an option where we will hold $5,000 deposit for them.
“Once we have got 15 lots signed that will put them in the queue awaiting all the proper sale and purchase documentation.
“If they don’t like what they read we give the $5000 back.”
He said they are selling the first three residential lots at $425,000 VIP.
“Once we have sold the first three residential lots we will start moving the price
“We expect to get those 15 probably committed over the next few weeks, once we got that we will be able to launch the project fully.
