Babasiga Lion In Must Win Clash

Labasa football manager Nilesh Lal aims to collect three points in their Vodafone Premier League clash against Nadi at Subrail Park, Labasa on Saturday.
Lal added that a win is important if they are to stay at the top of the points table to stand a chance of qualifying to the OFC Champions League.
“Training has been going on from last week with head coach Anand Sami,” he told SUNsports on Tuesday.
“We are currently on four points after three matches and we need to get three points against Nadi.”
He said Nadi have been doing well after they thumped Rewa 6-1 at Prince Charles Park last Sunday.
They have been boosted with the return of striker Rusiate Matererega who slammed in four goals.
“Players like Ravinesh Karan Singh and Antonio Tuivuna are still undergoing rehab on their injuries, but now they are back training. They’re currently doing well but will have to undergo fitness test,” Lal said.
He is calling on Labasa fans to come out in big numbers to support the team in this most crucial clash.
