Fake cocaine has flooded the Fijian black market.

As Brig-Gen Qiliho and his team waged the war on drugs and from late last year, raids have been happening almost daily.

He revealed that cocaine they netted during the raids were classified in grades, based on how pure it was.

Bottom of the grading list is the concoction which has either no cocaine or very little cocaine, but more of other ingredients include soft stone, sulphur and even some common household products.

The ingredients will be confirmed after proper tests are done.

He said that it was horrific that people were consuming these things.

War continues:

Brig-Gen Qiliho said this find involving fake drugs was just a sideshow as far as Police was concerned. Their sights are set on eradicating drugs – methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana.

They have already raided labs in recent days and a man has been convicted of running a factory where equipment using methamphetamine tablets were found.

He said they will not relent until the last lab was found and the last person making drugs locally and importing it from overseas are behind bars.
