Sainiana Radrodro has been acquitted of all charges by Magistrate Waleen George.

Mrs Radrodro was alleged to have obtained financial advantage by falsely using the then Minister for Works’ name to obtain a total of $9560 on 11 separate occasions between May 2010 and June 2011.

Magistrate George when delivering her judgment said the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) did not have solid evidence against Mrs Radrodro.

An emotional Mrs Radrodro said she would be sleeping peacefully tonight. Her case has been ongoing for seven years.
