The People’s Community Network national direc­tor Semiti Qalowasa has pleaded guilty to the of­fence of failure to furnish information.

Qalowasa, who is charged by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission with one count of failure to furnish information, appeared before Magistrate Deepika Prakash yesterday.

Qalowasa as national director of PCN having its regis­tered office at Lot 36 Koroi Place, Samabula, Suva from January 17 to January 23, 2019, failed to furnish full information, records and copies which were issued by way of Requisition for Information Notice No. FCCC-R101475.

The matter was adjourned for mention to check on the mitigation and sentencing submissions to April 11.

Bail has been extended for the accused.
