The High Court in Suva has given time to the prosecution to locate a man facing aggravated robbery charges.

She told the court that the accused was brought to court on February 5, but was not taken back to the remand centre and was accidently released.

Ms Sharma sought seven days to seek details of the release.

The accused’s bail hearing was to be heard yesterday, however due to his absence the matter was adjourned to March 22 for mention to check on the status of the accused’s release.

Koliloa is alleged to have robbed a coin purse which contained $170 and an ATM card on December 17, 2018 in Svua.
