Fiji Police: Driver Allegedly Bumps Police Vehicle

The driver of the vehicle alleged to have bumped a Police motorcycle along Queen Elizabeth Drive yesterday afternoon resulting in the officer sustaining minor injuries has been questioned and released.

The Police motorcyclist from the Southern Division Highway was closing the road for a VIP escort when the alleged incident occurred.

Investigations continue.

Police are urging drivers to be mindful and cautious of Police motorcyclists to avoid such incidents.
