6 Found After Swimming Safely To Shore Near Nasilai Beach

All six occupants of the fiber-glass boat called ‘Daveta Flyer’ have been found.
Police confirmed the 6 swam safely to shore near Nasilai beach this afternoon.
They were reported missing after leaving Yadua Village in Gau yesterday afternoon.
It is understood that the boat sank because of over-weight cargo.
A helicopter was dispatched at around 3pm today to assist in search efforts.
The boat was captained by a 31-year- old of Yadua Village.
When the six failed to arrive at the FNU Maritime Shores, Laucala Bay at 2100hrs last night, the captain’s father residing in Wainivula reported the matter.
