The Bua team is ready to battle Serua today at the Vodafone Vanua Championship at Solevu Catholic School ground.

“We’re working on improving our weaknesses in our last game against  Macuata,” coach Apakuki Tuitavua said.

“Our aim is to improve on our fitness and for the players to last in the 80 minutes of the game,” the Nabouwalu Police Officer said.

Tuitavua said they are not going to underestimate their opponent as they have some prominent players from Namosi and Nadroga.

The coaches and match commissioner inspected the ground yesterday and a great game looks instore for fans.

Tuitavua is inviting those who love rugby to turn up in numbers to support the teams.

The women’s game will kick off at 11am, U19 1pm and the main game at 3pm.
