Suva play Ba in the semifinal of the Vodafone Fiji FACT at Churchill Park, Lautoka 3.30pm on Saturday.

And Coach Saroj Kumar said the capital city players can topple the Men In Black for a final showdown on Sunday against either Nadi or Lautoka who meet in the first semi­final at 1.30pm

He’s pleading for Suva fans to show their support.

“I want to thank the fans who have been with us during our pool games and I want more to turn up in num­bers on Saturday,” Kumar said.

“We will need to map a plan against Ba and I’m confident the boys can rise again.

“But first we need to recover well and the players’ welfare para­mount.”

Suva managed to reach the semi­final after securing a 1-1 draw against Lautoka denying Labasa a spot in the knockout rounds.

Solomon Islands national rep Ga­game Feni scored for Suva in the 17th minute.

Blues captain Samuela Drudru scored in the 70th from a penalty.

Lautoka vs Nadi

Lautoka Coach Kamal Swamy said:

“We need to prepare for Nadi, they are a good side. We need to work hard during training in the next few days.

“Yes, it will be a pressure game, we have not won FACT for a long time and we will try our best to do good so that we can bring some glory to the Blues fans.’
