Western Force rugby winger Masivesi Dakuwaqa is determined to make the Team Fiji men’s  7s team to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.f

He arrived at Nadi International Airport last night with the Force side as they prepare to take on the Swire Shipping Fijian Latui at Churchill Park, Lautoka tomorrow.

Dakuwaqa was part of the Ben Ryan’s coached- side that won the gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

He was the travelling reserve but played from the quarterfinals after Savenaca Rawaca was ruled out due to an injury.

“I’m after that Olympic spot as well. My preparation so far with the Force is part of that dream as well. There is a lot of history behind the Olympics as it is the pinnacle of an athlete’s career.”

Looking at the Latui’s game, he said it would be tough one. The clash kicks-off at 3.10pm
