Namosi started well with Savou scoring his first try after Nadi was penalised in the 6th minute to lead 7-0. Nadi replied with winger Tevita Mociu kicking a penalty 7-3.

In the 21st minute, Vukarika landed penalty 10-3 before Mociu closed the gap 10-6.

In the 31st minute Savou scored his second try with conversion from Vularika 17-6.

Nadi camped in the visitors 22 metres and No.8 Apisai Nagi scoring 17-11. Outside centre Meli Nakarawa scored, with Vularika successful with his penalty.

Halftime: Namosi 24-11 Nadi.

In the 52nd minute Vularika scored 29-11.

Namosi flanker Fabiano Rogo was sin binned for unprofessional play.

Mociu managed to score two tries for Nadi but was too late.

Comments: Namosi coach Akuila Nasi said, “We came for bonus point win which was really crucial for us this season.

The senior players returned and we got the result. We knew that Nadi will be tough at home.”Nadi head coach Ponijese Lutuciri said, “The result was not in our favour, the boys did give their best.

We have a lot of calls that did cost us the game but we will fix it before we face Suva.”
