Drugs in school again

But this time it is believed to be of the white kind.

Police visited the school in Suva about three weeks ago when a small packet containing some white substance was found near a Year 11 student.

The matter is still under investigation by Police.

BTL believes that the white plague is fast making a stronghold in the community.

Some members of the community near the school say they suspect a recent surge in thefts and burglary in the neighbourhood could be part of the chain reaction of this white plague.

Trouble in Paradise

Infidelity will have its consequences and in this case it needed Police intervention. A bar staff at a prominent club was busy carrying out her duties when her boyfriend decided to visit her at work. That was alright until minutes into the visit her husband and her child decided to turn up as well.

Let’s just say the Police had to break off the engagement.

Sportsmanship

Not a very sportsman like behaviour from fans of Rugby Town. After their defeat at the hands of the Capital side, some fans had the audacity to call a senior player’s wife and give her an ear bashing.

The same senior player has committed to and won almost all titles for the side. The wife surely had no part to play in the loss. Be gracious in defeat and humble in victory. The fans obviously need to realise the input and sacrifice players have made for the team.
