The Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Centre of Excellence in Texas, USA, inducted Warrant Officer Class One (WOI) Joeli Rabuli from the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) into the International Student Hall of Fame on June 2019.

The International Student Hall of Fame was established on June 26, 2009, to recognise international students who graduated the Sergeants Major Course and have gone on to assume the position of their respective country or armed forces’ senior enlisted adviser, a position similar to that of the US Army’s Sergeant Major of the Army, and have made lasting contributions to leader development and education of the Corps of Non-Commissioned Officers of their respective countries.

In August 2018, WOI Rabuli became the Land Force Sergeant Major, which is the senior most enlisted position in the RFMF.

The US Embassy Suva congratulates WOI Rabuli on his achievement.
