Pacific Games: Silver For Kaiwalu, Tonga’s Foliaki Takes Gold At High Jump

Tonga’s Mosese Foliaki has won gold in the men’s High Jump event with a jump of 2.06m.
He beat Fiji’s favorite, Malakai Kaiwalu. He wins silver alongside Papua New Guinea’s John Richard. They both cleared the bar at 1.99m after the first attempt.
Kaiwalu left knee was heavily bandaged. He said it was an old injury.
Fiji’s Waisea Jikoiono came in 4th after clearing 1.99m after the second attempt.
Foliaki was third in the high jump event at the 2017 Pacific Mini Games which Kaiwalu won.
