What is the nature of the building?

It has a wide retail frontage onto Victoria Parade and is located in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD).

It is located between the busy McDonald’s restaraunt, and the Fiji Airways customer service centre.

The refurbished building comes with a brand new escalators for ease of access to the first floor.

It also has a goods hoist for the transfer of goods between the floors.

The ground floor offers 570 square metres of prime retail space, while the first floor offers 605 square metres.

Are you taking any measures to ensure there is no added traffic congestion in the city?

As with smaller commercial properties in the Suva CBD, the Regal property does not have any carparks.

But it is located just a stone-throw away from the public car parks provided by the Suva City Council (SCC).

It has a taxi base at the rear and a taxi bay at the front of McDonald’s, the Suva bus-stand is a few minutes’ walk away.
