3 Deaths Shock Ba Farming Settlement


Investigators have gathered information indicating the tragic deaths of the two brothers aged 3 and 5 years, victims of an alleged murder-suicide case could have been linked to a family case that was pending in court.

Initial information gathered which is still subject to further investigation is that the children were the subject of an ongoing custody battle.

The post mortem examinations of the three victims will be conducted soon, as investigations continue.


The deaths of a father and his two children have shocked a farming settlement in Ba.

A businessman is dead and his two children who are yet to be identified.

A Police report on the alleged murder, suicide in Namau, Ba, said that the two children aged three and five years old were discovered motionless in their family car.

A few meters away their father was also found dead after allegedly taking his own life.

Namau is about an hour’s drive from Ba Town.

Anand Kumar, the neighbour, said it was a shocking and horrific incident for the Namau community.

He hoped that the family would find peace.

“We never expected this to happen and especially since his two kids were still so young. We only hope the family will find peace somehow,” he said.
