Samaira, who will turn one year old this Saturday, was rescued from the Nausori Highlands hungry and cold, on Monday morning as five adults lay dead in an alleged multiple homicide case.
The woman holding her is one of the first people to the scene. She hugged her to give her warmth after Samaira was fed and her diaper changed.
