Family members from overseas still coming in.

Family members of the five victims from Legalega, Nadi, who were found dead in the Nausori Highlands on Monday are still in shock.

A family member who spoke to the Fiji Sun yesterday said family members from overseas were slowly arriving here. The family member who wished to remain anonymous said some of them were already in the country waiting for the results, pending the investigation.

Dead are Nirmal Kumar, 63; his wife Usha Kumar, 54; their daughter Nileshni Kumar, 34, and her two daughters Sana, 11, and
Samarah, 8.

“Family members from overseas have been arriving from yesterday, some are already here while some are yet to arrive from Canada,” the family member said.

“I’ve been here in Lautoka from the morning and it’s a big shock for the family.”

The family member said the last conversation they had with the family was on arrangements for the first birthday of Samaira Kumar, the ‘Miracle Baby’.

Funeral arrangements have yet to be decided.
