Medivisor Health Center Opens Lautoka Branch

Max Healthcare Institute Limited sales and marketing director Anas Abdul Wajid said people within the Western Division would no longer have to travel to Suva to receive assistance.
This comes after he opened the new Medivisor Health Centre in Lautoka yesterday.
Mr Wajid said the patient assistance centre would ensure Fijians received accurate information regarding possible health assistance in India.
Medivisor is connected to the Max Group of Hospitals in India.
He said the new West centre was a culmination of discussions in the past three months.
“We started with our first branch in Suva in February and mind you these branches in Lautoka and Suva are actually our first branches in the Pacific. And we have two more branches in the pipeline specifically for Nadi and Labasa,” Mr Wajid said.
“We have been steadily seeing about 10 to 15 patients at our office in Suva and we hope to get the same numbers here at this branch because I am told that a lot of people in this part of the community travel to Suva to receive assistance.”
Apart from Medivisor Health, Mr Wajid said there were also other partners who were engaged with Max Healthcare in providing health assistance to those in their region.
