Cyber Food is planning to expand its service to the Western Division this month.

This follows the success of its business in Suva where more than 600 active customers are using the meals delivery service.

Cyber Food managing director Majid Shahzad said there were great responses from their customers since their opening.

“Now we are planning to expand our service to Nadi due to the high demand,” he said.

“We want the restaurants in Nadi to have that exposure to such third party service which will not only benefit them but the people of the area as well.”

He said they are liaising with restaurants owners in Nadi to come on board and work with them.

“At the moment there are four restaurants in Nadi who have come on board, and we are looking for more.

“We want to work with local restaurants to help increase revenue and bring the service out to the people.

“The food ordered online is hot and piping when served to the customers as proper packaging and delivery kits are used.”

Customers

Mr Shahzad said customers ordered food online through their website (www.cyberfood.com.fj) and it is delivered right to their doorstep.

The users can still call them on the numbers 9922066, 7992266 Vibre, WhatsApp and also leave them messages on their Facebook page or the website itself.

There the customers can chat live with the admin team.

“Some restaurants do hesitate to bring the service on board, however, we allow for customers to call or message us on our Facebook page and the website if they wish to order.”

He said the service also allows for cash on delivery options for customers, EFTPOS as well.

“People do not have to worry about Visa debit or credit cards as we allow cash on delivery option as well as EFTPOS option to provide optimum convenience to the people. It is very much suited for the people of Fiji,” Mr Shahzad said.

Other plans

Mr Shahzad said the company also planned to start their online grocery shopping.
