The upgrade at Dolphins Food Court, FNPF Place will transform the entire area into a modern and free flowing open space once the refurbishment works are completed.

Meanwhile Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) as one of the country’s largest property owner is looking for Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable companies, retail operators and food vendors to lease retail and food court spaces to be soon completed at Dolphins Food Court (FNPF Place).

The renovation includes the remodeling of the food court that features the re-arrangement and increasing of the seating capacity with its new fixtures.

The seating area will have a modern feel with the established name of Dolphins Food court with the interior decor exhibiting a nautical theme that will feature art work and paintings.

In addition to the changes, the number of food outlets has been reduced to cater for expansion to the food preparation area.

The six food outlets, compared to the previous seven will now have more space to display, sell varieties of food with sufficient space for movement.

The new facelift will see the relocation of the main entrance from the corner of Loftus Street to the front of Victoria Parade next to the Japanese Daikoku Restaurant.

FNPF is now looking for Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable businesses and leading organizations for Retail, Restaurants and interested catering services to lease its newly upgraded facility.

In an effort to preserve and maintain a safe clean environment each tenant will need to adhere to the rules, regulations and standards set forth for the food court.

The renowned food court is expected to be fully operational later this year.

Interested parties are to contact Viliame Bainivalu on 3238625/9993688 or email ViliameB@fnpf.com.fj for EOI documents or for more information.

Please note that Employers who default in paying FNPF contributions for its employees will not be considered for this EOI.

All EOI’s are to be in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

The Manager Properties, FNPF Private Mail Bag, Suva.
