The bus driver from the Lakena Hill accident in Nausori has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death, two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and one count of dangerous driving.
The accused will be produced at a special sitting at the Nausori Magistrates Court this morning.
The Police are conducting a separate investigation regarding the actions of the driver of the private car who had allegedly refused to give way to the bus before the tragic accident occurred.
