A man who allegedly drove his car over the foot of a Police Officer while trying to make a getaway was granted bailed by the Nadi Magistrates Court.

It is also alleged that Dutt was stopped by PC Rokuna, but Dutt failed to do so. While trying to make a getaway, Dutt drove over PC Rokuna’s foot. He was arrested at the Nadi Hospital car park later.

After conducting a breathalyser test Police found 193.6 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.
