Public Advisory: Elevated Parts Of Lautoka To Experience Water Supply Disruption

The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise its customers living in the elevated parts of Lautoka that they will be experiencing low water pressure to intermittent supply from now until 5pm this afternoon, Thursday (31/10).

Public Advisory: Elevated Parts Of Lautoka To Experience Water Supply Disruption

The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise its customers living in the elevated parts of Lautoka that they will be experiencing low water pressure to intermittent supply from now until 5pm this afternoon, Thursday (31/10).

Affected Areas Include:
– Natabua
– Banaras Top
– Field 40 elevated areas
– Wairabetia elevated areas
– Vuda Back Road elevated areas
– Viseisei Back Road elevated areas

The interruption in water supply is due to two burst mains located along Natabua and Field 40.

Water carting trucks have been deployed to service the affected areas.

The Authority is kindly advising its customers residing in the areas above to store and use water wisely for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.

The Authority highly regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers.
