Suva teachers got together and drew up a plan after they were dethroned in last year’s FMF Chow Games.
Suva Primary Schools Association head coach Joseph Wise revealed this to SUNsports yesterday.
“The plan was to get the title back to Suva,” he said.
And it happened in spectacular fashion as Suva dominated the two-day event at the ANZ Stadium.
Suva won the boys title convincingly while the girls pipped Nadroga/Navosa for the top spot. The capital city side took out the overall winners title.
Wise said they have achieved their goal and now they have turned their focus to next year where they are planning to defend both titles.
