Adi Fulori Scoops Nine Awards At Gospel Primary School Prizegiving Ceremony

Gospel Primary School head girl Adi Fulori Tuisolia added the dux prize to eight other awards she scooped during the annual prizegiving ceremony at the school yesterday.
Adi Fulori Tuisolia received nine awards including the outstanding student of 2019 award.
Apart from the Dux award, she took out the head girl award, most outstanding student of the year, the highest scorer in English, Social Science, Basic Science and Healthy Living subjects during the Fiji Eighth Year Examination. She was also placed first in her class and for Scripture
Seeing all her family members gathered to support her during the awards ceremony was the icing on the cake for her.
“I thank my parents for giving me motivation and my teachers in enhancing my academic education and for the school in acknowledging my hard work,” she said
Adi Fulori also harbours a caring spirit because she wants all junior students of Gospel Primary School to achieve their dreams
Her dad, Ratu Leone Tuisolia, said Fulori always told him of a dream to become a dux and head girl for her school.
“We knew she had it in her,” Ratu Leone said.
“My heart was full of joy when I heard her name announced as the school dux.”
Mum, Masilina Tuisolia, said she always encouraged Fulori that the “sky was the limit”.
“Children must make use of opportunities and potential available to them,” Mrs Tuisolia said.
