The 45-year-old man who had been remanded in custody for an alleged stabbing case is alleged to have taken his own life in Suva yesterday.
The deceased who has been charged with one count each of attempted murder, aggravated robbery, and criminal intimidation appeared in court for the first time yesterday before taken into custody.
Police investigations continue.
