Fijian Holdings Limited wishes to inform that the board of directors has accepted the letter of resignation from Nouzab Fareed, Group Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Fareed has resigned on his own will and accord. His resignation is effective immediately.
Mr Fareed has served Fijian Holdings Group since October 2004 in various capacities. He became Group CEO in February 2011.
During this period, he led the group with strong leadership and made positive contributions to increase shareholder value.
