Ambalika Devi Prakash does a lot of work behind the scene mentoring and developing people.

It’s outside her job description.

But she does it anyway because she loves helping people.

She mentors, coaches and counsels executives and volunteers of charities and community-based organisations.

Her full time position is as an executive of Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation. Her  role is strategic planning for foundation, financial and budgetary management, public relations, community developments and heading the governance and administration/ operations of the Foundation.

Her motto is to grow by developing other people so she has mentored more that 1000 volunteers in the past 10 years.

She has strong connections and network with educational institutes, line ministries, corporate sector organisations, faith-based organisations and NGOs.

This is how she is able to bring about social impact in multi folds in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
