Mr Fareed is deemed to have resigned from the Fiji TV Board of directors upon tendering his resignation to Fijian Holdings Limited, the majority shareholder of Fiji Television Limited.

Fiji Television Limited has announced the resignation of Nouzab Fareed as a director for Fiji TV.
Mr Fareed is deemed to have resigned from the Fiji TV Board of directors upon tendering his resignation to Fijian Holdings Limited, the majority shareholder of Fiji Television Limited.
Mr Fareed was appointed to the FTV Board through the major shareholding company, Fijian Holdings Limited, in October 2013. A replacement will be appointed in due course.
FJTV board said it sincerely appreciated Mr Fareed’s service to the Board and wish to thank him for his immense contribution to Fiji Television Limited.
