Vinod Patel opened one of their latest flagship stores in Namaka, Nadi, yesterday.

The store is part of the multi-storey commercial complex owned by Consumer Supermarket, strategically located directly opposite the Namaka Market, on the corner of Queens Highway.

Vinod Patel’s showroom boasts modern style merchandising.

Assistant General Manager (West) Nilesh Ashish Prasad during the soft opening, said the investment and expansion is not about competition but is to provide services and satisfaction.

He added this is one of the best and the latest stores, and is their benchmark.

“For Vinod Patel itself, it’s very important for us to look after the people in Nadi,” he said.

“This is for the people of Nadi. The company has put an extra shop with a significant investment and now the people will have better facilities to shop in.

“Currently looking at the town shop it is already full and people are moving in a huge traffic flow so we thought we open our second store in Namaka, so that people will have easier access to do business and shopping.”

Mr Prasad added, currently they have 40 staff and is likely to increase as they will open a Home and Living Showroom as well next month.

“Very shortly we will see Home and Living coming up which will be based on the first floor.

“We want to thank the customers of Nadi.

“We are here to give you the best service and provide you with whatever you need.

“We are always open for the customers to get a better deal and service,” he added.

The store opens seven days a week from Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm and Sunday 9am to 1pm.
