Vinod Patel allows all staff to grow at the same level and this inspires us women within the group.

How has working for Vinod Patel helped you not only professionally, but personally?

Professionally, I got to learn a lot about business and how it operates – new products, markets, brands, competitors, suppliers, and ideas on marketing and customers and their daily need in hardware industry.

Personally, I can say I am more understanding of customer needs and have that patience to listen and then come to a conclusion.

My father. As we all know, we daughters are very close to our dads and this wasn’t an exception for me.

My dad who used to sit with me in the evening to help me complete my homework and do some extra studies while I was in primary school.
