“Try and identify your passion and link it with your people”

That is the advice from Juice Fiji operations manager Manasa Daunakamakama while presenting at day three of the University of the South Pacific Entrepreneurial fair.

The Session themed Entrepreneurship – Is It Worth the Risk? was an interactive session mapped out key items for participants to consider before starting their business (or plan and grow your business), looking into business planning and marketing strategies, networking and seeking business opportunities etc.

Inspiration

Juice Fiji, is a natural health juice that aims to provide balance to the body, mind and energy.

Mr Daunakamakama said Juice Fiji was inspired from the passing of his loved ones due to cancer.

He says with Juice Fiji, it provides the necessary nutrition to improve one’s health.

“I was raised in Naitasiri where all activities are done outdoors so it was important that we do more outdoor activities to stay active. Juice Fiji is 100 per cent organic and natural.

“No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

“No foreign materials.

“Whatever we promise to give you is what we give you,” he said.

Mr Daunakamakama, a former production supervisor at Goodman Fielder says while setting up a business, one should do something different as this would make it unique and new from what other businesses are doing.

Juice Fiji is sold at $13.95 at major supermarkets Fiji wide.

The USP Entrepreneurial Fair is being held at the University’s Japan-Pacific ICT theatre.
