Fiji’s health workers on the frontline in the coronavirus fight have been putting their lives at risk to ensure Fijians stay safe.

Their sacrifices include leaving families, homes and denying children and loved ones hugs or kisses.

This is something they had not signed up for, but no one predicted that COVID-19 was going to happen.

Fiji Centre for Disease Control principal medical officer Dr Mesulame Namedre and his team are committed to doing what they can for the health of Fiji’s citizens.
