COVID-19: EFL Offers Electronic Payment Options

Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) said it will try its level best to provide its services to all its valued customers during these trying times.

There are some 200,094 customer accounts/meters that need to be read on a monthly basis before bills are generated and sent to the customers by email or post.

In the event anyone has not received his/her EFL bill, and/or would like to know what their current bill amount and due date is, they have an option to obtain the same using their mobile phones using these simple steps.

Step 1: Dial *1333# and select option 1: Check My Bill – Press Send

Step 2: Enter the EFL Account number (10 Digits) – Press Send

You will receive a message of confirmation.

You will receive a text message showing your current account balance and the due date.

Please note there will be a cost of 18cents for this service.

EFL has taken all necessary precautionary measures to safeguard against coronavirus and encourage customers to opt for the various electronic options available to minimize direct contact.

Log in

All EFL customers can log onto the EFL On-line Portal to:

nAccess current and past EFL Bills

nRegister issues you may have concerning your electricity supply

In order to access this service, you need to have access to a smart phone and/or computer with internet access.

Registration steps

The EFL Portal Registration can be done as follows:

Step 1: Go to this link to register onto the portal – https://noqu.fea.com.fj/User/Register

Step 2: Click on Register and enter your EFL account number valid email address before you click on Register Now.

A validation email will be sent to your email address.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and enter the requested details. Once all your details are entered, click on Complete to successfully register your online account.

Step 4: Access Your EFL On-Line Portal

Go back to: https://noqu.fea.com.fj/User/Login and click on SIGN IN to access your account.

Enter your email address andpassword to sign in and you are good to view your account details online.

EFL e-billing

You can now receive your bills through a nominated email address.

For EFL customers who would prefer their EFL bill to be emailed, you need to send us a written request.

Alternatively, you can send us an email request with your EFL account number to Customer.Services@efl.com.fj with a valid photo ID for verification.
