Cyclone Harold: Movement On Viti Levu Restricted, Only Emergency Services Allowed On Roads

As of 7am today, a total of twenty five (25) evacuation centres have been activated, three (3) in the Central Division and twenty two (22) in the Western Division with 1,073 evacuees.

Cyclone Harold: Movement On Viti Levu Restricted, Only Emergency Services Allowed On Roads
Ratu Mara Road between Grantham Road and Raiwasa Road has been closed off due to fallen tree.

All of Viti Levu is now on RESTRICTED MOVEMENT the daylight hours with ONLY Emergency Services will be allowed on the road.

This is to avoid casualties as severe Tropical Cyclone Harold is currently a Category 4 system.

We are advising members of the public to PLEASE stay indoors for your own safety.
