Man Uses Asthma As Reason For Failing To Comply With Public Order
A 33-year-old man had informed the Suva Magistrates Court that he went out to get some fresh air during curfew hours because of his asthma.

A 33-year-old man had informed the Suva Magistrates Court that he went out to get some fresh air during curfew hours because of his asthma.
Navitalai Takayawa was arrested by Police at 3:35am at Joyce Perks Street.
He appeared before Magistrate Liyanage Wickramasekara, charged with one count of failure to comply with a public order.
Magistrate Wickramasekara released him on $100 cash bail and $2000 bail bond.
He was ordered not to reoffend while on bail, not to interfere with Prosecution witnesses and not to change his residential address until completion of his case.
The accused was also put on court curfew from 4pm to 9am daily.
His case has been adjourned to June 13 for mention.
