The investigation into the alleged murder of a 28-year old woman in Naqara, Waima, Naitasiri continues this morning.
The suspect has been brought to the Criminal Investigations Department in Suva for questioning as investigators await the outcome of the post mortem examinations.
The alleged incident occurred yesterday afternoon whereby a 28-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed by her husband following a heated argument.
She was rushed to the Vunidawa Hospital but was unfortunately pronounced dead on arrival.
