60-Year-Old Woman In Custody After Meth Was Allegedly Found In Her Home In Lautoka

A 60-year-old woman is currently in Police custody following a raid conducted at her home in Lautoka yesterday afternoon.

The raid conducted by a team from the Lautoka Police Station at Sulua Street, resulted in the seizure of sealed clear plastics containing white crystals believed to be methamphetamine.

She remains in custody as the seized substances were sent for analysis.

Meanwhile at the Namuka Settlement in Sigatoka, officers discovered several plants believed to be marijuana growing on a farm.

The owner of the farm is known to Police as investigations continues.
