Labasa Police are currently investigating a case of interest following the discovery of the body of a new born baby in Bulileka, Labasa.
The matter was reported yesterday afternoon by a 36 year old man after he made the discovery inside his home.
The alleged suspect who is the complainant’s wife is currently admitted at the Labasa Hospital and investigators have yet to interview her and will only do so once medical clearance is given.
Investigations continue.
