Man Found Under Girlfriend’s Bed In Nakasi Charged For Indecent Assault
A 18-year old student who was found hiding under a bed inside his 16-year-old girlfriend’s room has been charged with one count of indecent assault and one count of failure to comply with orders.
The accused was allegedly found hiding in his girlfriend’s room on Tuesday night in Nakasi.
The victim had allegedly allowed the accused into their home without her parent’s knowledge earlier in the day.
The victim’s mother upon checking on her it was discovered that she had visible marks whereby she revealed the two were allegedly intimate during the time they were together.
The matter was reported by the victim’s mother.
As the victim is underage, the accused has been charged with indecent assault and one count of failure to comply with orders as he was found after 10pm.
He will be produced at the Nasinu Magistrates Court tomorrow.
