Quick action by Police had resulted in the arresting of a 23 -year old woman who allegedly stole a vehicle from Navua yesterday afternoon.
The suspect stole a vehicle from where it was parked however the owner quickly informed Police straight after he saw his vehicle driven away by the woman.
The incident was relayed to all stations and community posts including the K9 unit following the erection of roadblocks.
The suspect was arrested a few hours later at the Muslim League area in Nabua and the vehicle was also found abandoned in that area.
Investigations continue.
