Businessman Fortunate His Life Was Spared After Fire Destroys Nakasi Home
The 66-year-old property owner said all his belongings were destroyed and his business was ruined.

Narendra Prasad, whose three bedroom home was completely destroyed in a fire, said he was fortunate that his life was spared.
The house is located on Vishnu Deo Road in Nakasi.
The 66-year-old property owner said all his belongings were destroyed and his business was ruined.
He said he was doing his taxi and minivan business from home.
“I have no idea how the fire happened. I went to drop the mechanic to his house and when I came home, I could see the smoke coming out,” he said.
The National Fire Authority (NFA) is conducting investigations.
