The Timoci Duve- coached Yasawa rugby team need to keep their cool and play smart when they face Suva in the round two of the Skipper Cup Premiership at the ANZ Stadium on Saturday.

The side will need to improve on their discipline, during its 7-17 loss to Nadi last Saturday centre Josefa Vetaukula was red carded in the 25th minute. At one stage the side with 13 men for 10 minutes after No.8 Joni Baleidama was yellow carded allowing Nadi to dominate the game in Lautoka.

Team manager Joji Rakata said they could not afford to play like that against Suva.

“There were a lot of mistakes and discipline issues and the coaching staff are working hard with players during training,” he said.

Rakata has also called on the Yasawa fans in Suva to turn up and support the team in their first away game since being promoted to the Skipper Cup competition.

“We always had good crowd wherever we played either at Lautoka or Nadi. This is our first match in Suva and we want to invite fans based in the capital city to be there for us,”he said.

Prominent reps who are likely to make the run-on team are Inia Rokomatu, Brian Duaibe, Vilimoni Marawa, Eliki Nakusa, Waisale Kurisaravi, Sailosi Sekitoga, Manasa Vatanitawake, Maikeli Sivo, Tevita Volavola, and Nacanieli Batina. The Yasawa – Suva match kicks off at 3pm.
