Youngster Set For Skipper Cup Debut

Former Marist Brothers High School Under-18 captain Vuate Karawalevu is set to make his debut for Naitasiri tomorrow.

The 19-year-old is the youngest player in the Skipper Cup Premiership competition and will come off the bench against Nadi tomorrow.

The Dravuwalu, Kadavu native with maternal link to Tau in Nadroga, was part of the Fijian School Boys U18 side that toured

New Zealand last year to play in the World School 7s tournament in Auckland.

Karawalevu joined the Fijian Warriors team alongside team-mates Tuidraki Samusamuvodre, Chris Minibi, Emmanuel Naciva,

Suva prop Meli Tuni and  Jonetani Vasurakuta of Nadroga.

Fans are to keep an eye on this exciting player as he takes up the fullback position later in the match.
