Corn on a cob will soon make it to the menu at Gloria Jean’s Thurston Street and Nasese cafes.

Such has been the success of the franchise since it launched its Friday and Sunday barbecue menus.

Owners Everfresh Investments Pte Ltd said the response has been overwhelming at Thurston Street cafe that they decided to extend the weekend barbecue menu to its Nasese cafe.

Everfresh is the de Asa family company which holds the Fijian master franchise for the American-Australian global brand.

Gloria Jean’s Thurston Street cafe has been a bustling corner during its weekly operations.

The cafe opens Mondays to Fridays from 7am to 7pm and has drawn a regular crowd since its recent opening.

Its Nasese cafe opens seven days, but closes at 1pm on Sundays.
